NationalUPDF Chiefs Tip Foreign Attachés on Military Diplomacy
The UPDF leadership has instructed Uganda's foreign defence attachés to prioritize military diplomacy and protect national interests. Speaking at a strategic retreat, Lt Gen Sam Okiding and Lt Gen Jack Bakasumba warned the military diplomats to uphold absolute discipline and fight corruption.
